When life changes, so do we. 

Life changes was founded by Mindy Vincent back in 2016. Our original office was located in Heber City, but we are now located in Sandy City. 

 Life Changes was started with one task in mind, to improve the mental health and well-being of ALL of our clients through adequate training in not just one but multiple therapeutic modalities. We have worked tirelessly to put together a team of qualified and knowledgeable clinicians prepared to serve any and every type of person and population out there. 

We strive to fit within our client's schedule, during the pandemic we took serious steps to improve our teletherapy and ability to serve clients virtually.  Whether in person or virtually our therapy portal makes scheduling appointments and attending sessions extremely easy whether in office or at home. This also gives us the ability to serve more area's in Utah, so no matter what your situation, we can help.
